To obtain raw water from CWA, the applicant request is coordinated though the City of Houston Public Works and Engineering/Planning and Development Services/Houston Water Planning. Potential raw water customers should contact HWP to begin the process.

If approved, you will receive a City of Houston contract number. This contract number is required to apply for a raw water service connection with CWA.
